Following are some of excellent benefits that we provide to our associates.
Health Insurance
  S2S provides standard medical benefits. Our Group health insurance plan allows you the freedom to use a network provider or to choose a non-network provider. Highlights of the plan include: 80% coverage for "in-network hospitalization".
Paid days off
  Associates are eligible for 5 working days per year as vacation leave. The vacation leave can be carried forward for 1 year. Entitlement increases to 10 working days per year when the Associate completes 2 years of continuous service with S2S
Employee Referral Bonus
  The employee referral program provides bonus upto $2500 by encouraging Associates to refer experienced friends and relatives for employment at S2S
Life Insurance
  S2S provides life insurance coverage for our associates, their spouse and children; the cost of this insurance is paid entirely by the company
Accidental Death/Disability Insurance (AD&D)
  S2S provides Accidental death/disability insurance coverage; the cost of this insurance is paid entirely by the company
